Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and activities
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students' emotional and social development, promoting confidence and independence

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is preferred but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's needs
