Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
  • Prescribe medications as appropriate and provide health education to patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
  • Experience in urgent care, primary care, or a similar setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
