Position:Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative
Job Type:Full-Time - Permanent Contract
Salary:30350pa to 34745pa depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of trades, including (but not limited to) painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing, basic carpentry, other general maintenance duties.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in line with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a multi-trader or in multiple trades.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- CSCS card or willingness to gain.
Working Hours:
40 hours per week contracted hours, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
