Morson Talent have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Workshop Manger to manage a busy workshop for a leading auto repair workshop.
Our client specialises in accident damage repairs and have a reputation for quality workmanship. The successful candidate will get to work alongside some of the UK’s leading vehicle manufacturers with a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate and supervise a team
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and are completed within set KPIs.
• Address customer inquiries from a technical perspective and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with department managers to implement and monitor quality control procedures and best practices for high repair standards.
• Work alongside our experienced management team to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and PAS

Skills:
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the auto repair industry
• Body paint experience ideally both practical and managerial
• Strong knowledge of accident repairs, automotive parts, and repair techniques
• Ability to read and interpret damage reports and repair estimates
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive repairs
• Experience in managing a team of technicians
