This is a 5-day/week position based in our Wigan office (WN3 5AZ).

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you’ll:

  • Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Develop and execute quality control audit plans to enhance billing precision.
  • Evaluate and Improve Processes: Review customer account ledgers, test invoicing parameters, and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Upskill and Support the Team: Train colleagues on quality standards and controlled processes, boosting overall accuracy.
  • Drive Results: Define and track KPIs, ensuring targets are met and corrective actions are taken where needed.
  • Act as a Key Escalation Point: Handle revenue-related queries and provide effective resolutions.
  • Support Transformation Projects: Be a vital contributor to internal projects, driving IRIS’s ongoing success.
