Part-Time Management Accountant

Accountable Recruitment are currently working with a brilliant £50m turnover business based near Golborne as they look to hire a new Management Accountant to support the Commercial Finance Manager. Our client has an excellent reputation and has grown significantly in recent years.
The Management Accountant will work closely with the FM & FD in this value adding role.

Golborne office

25 days AL + Bank holidays

25 - 30 hours per week, open to flex around how this is worked

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts pack
• Conduct variance analysis and budget reforecasts
• Support decision-making by providing financial insights to stakeholders
• Manage month-end, year-end close, and account reconciliations
• P+L analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Present financial performance to senior management
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for budgeting and forecasting.

Key Requirements

• Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE
• Strong analysis skills
• Confident in producing Management Accounts pack
• Good communication skills
