We are looking to recruit confident Administrators to support the Nasal Flu Vaccinations project for local primary schools in Bolton. Paying an hourly rate of 13.17 with mileage paid back for travel + many more benefits.

What will you be doing as a Schools Immunisation Administrator?

  • Attending the main office in Bolton at 7:30am to collect the nasal vaccinations for the day then head to the schools in and around Bolton, Bury and Wigan mainly to meet up with the nurses and support the vaccination session
  • Once the vaccinations have taken place, collecting all packs together and returning them to the office along with extra vaccinations to be stored
  • Assisting the admin team in the schools with support for the consent forms, including marrying up and vetting the consent forms for children who are going to be taking the vaccination
  • Updating children's records for vaccinations to take place in schools
  • Assisting the children with any reassurance and explanations they need about the nasal vaccination
  • Checking the right parental consent forms are on file and they are the correct child for the consent form on the database
  • Polo shirts will be issued free of charge as a uniform

What skills and experience will you need as a Schools Immunisation Administrator?

  • The ideal candidate will have worked in Administration, Education, have been a Site Supervisor for a Covid Site or Medical Administration roles
  • You will have an Enhanced or Basic in date DBS check, or happy to pay for the application of one to expand on your work opportunities within the public sector
  • You LOVE working in a fast paced and reactive environment
  • Enjoy having variety in your role
  • Are a driver with your own transport
