We are pleased to be recruiting a structural engineer on behalf of a well established civil structuralconsultancy nr Wiganwith well established business and the opportunity to work with a couple of very experienced chartered hands on directors (who will support and mentor you).
As Structural Engineer you willassist in dealing with an increase in workload and the further development and expansion of the team, which is responsible for the structural design of buildings in various sectors includingresidential commercial, leisure.

salary c35k-45k depending on experience

About you and the role
- You will be a structuralengineer ideally with 2-5yrs design experience
- Have a well-rounded design experience with new build projects, surveys and refurbs proficient in the design of all structural materials.
- Experience in the preparation of calculation packages to assist other team members
- Experience in the preparation of structural engineering inspection reports on a variety of building types and/or structures.
- Proficiency in use of design software such as Tekla, Tedds.
- Ideally be chartered or near chartered, or have aspirations to be chartered
