Description
- Manage and maintain all payment records in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
- Participate in monthly closing processes and assist in preparing necessary reports.
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and inquiries.
- Maintain vendor files and update contact list regularly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operation of all financial matters.
Profile
A successful 'Accounts Payable Clerk' should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
