Production Operative

The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Production Operatives for our client based in Haydock, St Helens.


Candidates will be working within the manufacturing of glass, therefore we are looking for candidates with the following experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a product manufacturing environment
• Keen to learn new processes and join a growing team
• Attention to detail and quality control of made to order products
• A good communicator, confident, and effective decision-maker, even under pressure
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as work within the wider operations team

You will be working Monday - Friday on a rotating shift pattern consisting of:

6am-2pm
2pm-10pm

The pay rate for this role will be 11.50 per hour

Overtime is available at time and a half on Saturdays or double time on Sundays.
