Robert Half is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-established global company seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead their European customer service team. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end order process, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in process improvements and managing a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing the European customer service team
  • Overseeing customer orders, deliveries, and finished goods continuity
  • Acting as the first point of contact for sales support queries
  • Monitoring and analysing key customer service metrics to drive process improvements
  • Managing MRP systems such as Oracle
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service standards
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a customer service role (minimum three years)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of MRP systems (Oracle experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages such as German, Dutch, Romanian, or Italian are a plus)
  • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunities for improvement
