Your new role
- As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Your responsibilities will include managing customer accounts, processing orders, and resolving any issues that arise.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.
- This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Any other reasonable task requested by the directors would also be included.
- Along with the preparation of orders for dispatch and other customer specific requirements, i.e., quality certificates, label requirements.
- Order transport as required and liaise with freight forwarders and carriers, printing of batch sheets and labels. Whilst also liaising with production, warehouse, planning, purchasing and sales.
What you'll need to succeed
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- You should be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service will set you apart.
- You must be comfortable working within a small team and confident to engage with office and external staff to build strong relationships.
- This role requires a lot of data entry tasks; therefore, you should have good attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including additional IT skills (including Microsoft, such as Word and Excel).
- It is imperative that you have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
What you'll get in return

- Competitive salary between 24,000-26,000 depending on experience.
