As a Gas Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive heating system maintenance, servicing, and repair services. This includes a mix of wet fitting responsibilities, such as the installation and repair of domestic heating systems, radiator replacements, and valve repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, repair, and maintain domestic heating systems.
  • Conduct installations and repairs of radiators, valves, and other components.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications, gas safety regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service.
  • Participate in overtime and on-call work as required.
  • Report accidents, near misses, or hazards promptly.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent.
  • ACS Certifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT.
  • Unvented qualifications (desirable but not essential).
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Strong understanding of gas legislation and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers.
