A key customer of ours over in Wigan are looking for a Relationship Manager to oversee many accounts across the UK. Paying up to £31,000, working full time hours Monday to Friday. No targets, No KPIs and No commission. Company car is included.
What will you be doing as a Relationship Manager?
- You will be engaging with clients across the UK. Gathering feedback, retaining customers and building new relationships.
- Overseeing existing customers, cross selling and upselling.
- Managing a client base
- Gaining feedback from clients on service, retention and future opportunities
- Managing own diary and booking out appointments
- Reviewing products with clients to ensure they meet expectations
- Speaking with clients over the telephone
- Dealing with day-to-day queries
