Duties of Sales & Marketing Support Executive:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing functions.
- Enable increased market feedback through consistent and regular follow up and review of sales and marketing activity, e.g. promotional feedback or training feedback.
- Key administrative duties to include support for booking of events, meetings, training, and administrative duties such as expenses, holidays, etc.
- Supporting the distribution of customer reports and market information.
- To develop a strong and consistent working relationship with the full Sales Team.
- Enable a more proactive approach to key activities by providing a complete administrative support for all key sales & marketing tasks.
- Support feedback loops via the implementation of a structured questionnaire/review process, e.g. success or failure of promotional activity or feedback on product training.
- To maintain personal capability in line with the requirements of the company'sUK competency matrix.
Experience of Sales & Marketing Support Executive required:
- High level IT skills, alongside excellent written and numeric capability
- Good telephone manner and communication skills.
- Well organised with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Willingness to travel between sites and occasional customer events.
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Microsoft office applications
- High level attention to detail
