About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing, successful business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to take their career to the next level. With a structured progression plan towards Sales Director, this role is perfect for someone with leadership ambitions and a passion for driving revenue growth. Once you have made your mark with the business you will have the opportunity to grow a team of Business Development Managers.

Duties include;

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to enhance sales initiatives
  • Provide a consultative approach to sales, providing advice on the best product for the client
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Attending meetings (mainly via Teams but some F2F) to understand requirements and upsell accordingly

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar)
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Ambition to progress into a Sales Director role
