About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing, successful business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to take their career to the next level. With a structured progression plan towards Sales Director, this role is perfect for someone with leadership ambitions and a passion for driving revenue growth. Once you have made your mark with the business you will have the opportunity to grow a team of Business Development Managers.
Duties include;
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to enhance sales initiatives
- Provide a consultative approach to sales, providing advice on the best product for the client
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity
- Attending meetings (mainly via Teams but some F2F) to understand requirements and upsell accordingly
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager, Senior Sales Executive, or similar)
- Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Ambition to progress into a Sales Director role
