We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical fit-out projects for commercial and retail properties. This role is predominantly office-based, with regular site visits required to ensure project progress and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of electrical fit-out projects from inception to completion.
  • Site Visits: Conduct site visits 1-2 days per week to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all work meets the highest standards of quality and adheres to project specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the course of the project.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience in electrical fit-out projects.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation processes specific to commercial and retail properties.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Availability: Must be available to start on 10th June.
