Your new role

  • National excavation and temporary works solutions provider with an impressive Design Engineering offering
  • Digitally advanced - reporting into the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate calculations and reports for all design solutions, supporting senior engineers and progressing through the various levels of risk assessments
  • Varied and fast-paced workload - delivering above and below ground solutions across the Energy/Waste, Highways, Water, Commercial/Industrial, Housing and Nuclear sectors; prestigious projects include Walkie-Talkie Building in London, World's Largest Offshore Windfarm, Anfield Football Stadium, A41 Major Project

  • Competitive salary & package - Paying up to £45,000 salary, quarterly bonus (revenue based) paid every quarter for last 5 years totalling circa £3,000 per annum, annual summer salary review, professional memberships and qualifications funded, 3% standard pension, 1 day working from home per week

What you'll need to succeed

  • Are you an Engineer with temporary works experience interested in taking on more responsibility with calculations and design? Perhaps you're sick of delivering similar non-bespoke projects that don't make the most of your problem-solving skills? Are you in need of more 1-to-1 support as you approach your chartership years?
  • If any of the above applies and you have at least 3 years of structural design experience (ideally including some temporary works/structural/geo-technical exposure), AutoCAD and other relevant design software skills and you're keen to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment, this is for you.
