We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed client, a reputable Housing company based in Greater Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of quantity surveying within affordable / PRS housing projects. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams, you will play an integral part in the success of housing developments, ensuring that client requirements are met while maintaining optimal resource allocation.

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, in general construction or the housing sector.
  • Solid understanding of housing construction processes and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage a high unit project.
  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Professional membership (e.g., RICS) is desirable but not essential.
