Experienced Contracts Manager (Fit Out) Needed

Our client, a leading fit-out contractor based in Wigan, is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. Specialising in large-scale retail projects ranging in value from 50,000 to 2 million, they offer a competitive salary of 50,000 - 55,000 per annum, plus company car, expenses, and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including site managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion.
• Manage project budgets and financial reporting, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
• Experience working on large-scale retail projects, preferably with values ranging from 50,000 to 2 million.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Willingness to travel and work away from home when required.
