Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and efficiently run a wide range of residential conveyancing transactional files, from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Handle complex cases, including leasehold, freehold, and shared ownership transactions.
  • Perform a variety of legal and financial tasks associated with residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law, including new regulations and market trends, to provide the highest standard of service to clients.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transaction process.
  • Utilise the firm’s case management system to maintain accurate records and efficiently manage your caseload.
  • Continuously seek to improve processes and client service, contributing to the firm's overall success and reputation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Proven experience with all types of residential conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and shared ownership.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
