Service Care Solutions are working alongside a positive Law Firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Property Solicitor with strong experience in Conveyancing to join their expanding team. This is a perfect opportunity to grow your experience in the legal field and progress in your career.
ROLE: Conveyancing Solicitor
LOCATION: Wigan office/Hybrid
Salary: 38,000 - 40,000 Annual
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion.
- Review and draft contracts related to property transactions.
- Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction process.
- Handle queries related to contracts, legal documents, and other relevant paperwork.
About you:
- 3 years PQE in Residential Property with a strong knowledge in conveyancing
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in Conveyancing and Property Law.
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law or conveyancing.
