Job OverviewWe are seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to join a local family owned company in Wigan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process and ensuring timely payments from customers. Duties
- Contact customers regarding outstanding payments via telephone and e-mail, logging all calls.
- Analyse accounts and payment terms
- Process and allocate payments accurately to accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer queries
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting soft-wares
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Proficient in data entry

Pay: From £23,000 - £25,000 per year
