The company:An industry-leading manufacturer and supplier, proudly serving customers both domestically and around the globe.

Main duties:Act as the main point of contact for customer service and manage a customer order from inquiry to delivery.

The role:- To actively build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners- To manage sales orders from entry to completion, including order entry, quotations, follow-up on purchase orders, confirmation of shipment dates and delivery inquiries and shipment tracking- To respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and complete information- To provide proactive assistance to the team and other departments within the company as needed

The candidate:- Fluent German in both written and spoken is essential- Experience in a similar role is preferred- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail are required- Excellent communication skills are necessary- Candidates should be proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure- Experience with SAP is a significant advantage
