Our client is a leading and well-established manufacturing business within the food & hospitality sector. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Wigan, Goldborne office on an on-going basis with the view to go permanent.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base
  • Processing customer orders requests
  • Dealing with order and shipping issues for the customer
  • Collecting payments from the customers
  • Updating CRM systems

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • A strong background in customer service, particularly within B2B.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.
  • A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • The ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
