We are currently looking for a supportive and proactive Teaching Assistant to join our school community. This part-time role will involve working closely with teachers to provide high-quality support, helping students to achieve their best academically, socially, and spiritually. They aim to provide each student with a well-rounded education that fosters both academic and personal growth, equipping them with the skills needed for a successful future.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of classroom activities and work closely with teachers to support lesson plans.
  • Provide individualised support to students, helping them overcome learning barriers.
  • Promote positive behaviour and a supportive learning environment that aligns with our school's ethos.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative teaching environment.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a school setting or with young people (desirable).
  • A passion for supporting students' growth and helping them achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
