Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:* Provide in-class support as a teaching assistant to Year 2 pupils who need extra help with core subjects.* Work alongside the class teacher to develop and deliver engaging lessons that capture students' attention.* Plan and deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions in key subjects such as literacy and numeracy.* Use a variety of exciting resources and activities to make learning fun and interactive for students.* Adapt lessons and resources to meet the individual learning needs of each child.* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.* Support children with additional learning needs (SEN) and help them reach their full potential.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:* Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).* A creative, proactive, and patient approach to working with children.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.* A commitment to working in a long-term teaching assistant role in a primary school environment.
