Electrical Engineer Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer on a Monday to Friday, 3 shift pattern. They are looking for an Engineer who is ambitious, motivated and keen to develop. With a large Engineering team to help mentor you into the position, they are keen to hear from both highly experienced engineers and newly qualified apprentices

Working on a 6-2, 2-10, 10-6 shift pattern, youll be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of all electrical systems on site. This is a large factory with plenty to keep you occupied. Youll be predominantly focussed on reactive maintenance. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns and failures to minimise downtime and maximise productivity. Youll need strong problem solving and electrical qualifications to back up your experience.

Activities will include;

  • Attending breakdowns and working effectively to minimise downtime
  • Performing maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment
  • Identify the root cause of electrical failures and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections
  • Document all completed work using the internal systems to create a detailed log of activities

The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance role within a factory or industrial setting with strong electrical experience.
