- Minimum of 2-5 years industry professional experience
- Electronics Circuit Design (analogue & digital)
- PCB Design & Schematic Capture
- ECAD Packages – Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD or similar PCB Software
- Network interfaces – SPI, I2C, USB, UART, CAN, RS232/485, Bluetooth, WI-FI, Zigbee, Lora, RF, Cellular
- Experience of microcontrollers – STM32, Microchip PIC, ARM etc
- Embedded C – Bonus but not essential
- Knowledge & experience of DFM, DFC, DFT, EMC testing
- Circuit simulations tools – LTSpice, SIMetrix or similar
- Practical skills - prototype (circuit) design, build, testing, debugging, soldering, system fault finding
