- Oversee the delivery of multiple electronics design projects.
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
- Apply knowledge of analogue, digital, and RF technologies.
- Conduct design reviews to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards i.e. automotive (Mostly)
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Altium.
- Supervisory skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, RS232, and RS485
