MEP Aftercare Co-ordinator
An ambitious MEP contracting business are looking to add to their established aftercare department in Wigan. The successful candidate will be process focused, confident with speaking with clients and have previous MEP co-ordination experience.

The Role
• To liaise directly with key stake holders from enquiry stages to co-ordinate
• Co-ordinating engineers and general assistance with the Project Managers
• To discuss new maintenance contracts for HVAC systems, primarily plumbing
• Gathering key information through successful questioning and relationship building
• Logging any key information on the CRM
• Using word, excel to help with organisation
• Offering general support to helping them keep up to date with any market changes
You
• 2 years’ experience ideally within a Construction or Facilities Management environment
• Knowledge of effective fact-finding strategy and confident to ask the right questions
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is essential
• Experience using CRM systems, word and excel
