An opportunity has come available in the Wigan area for a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer to help head up a Ground Engineering division within a well respected multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering regional brownfield developments.

As a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer, your main duties will surround managing the day-to-day tasks of Geo-Environmental/Geotechnical projects from inception through to completion alongside another Senior.

This is an Opportunity for a Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer to advance their career, take on more responsibility and help grow a department.

Senior Geo-Environmental Engineer Specification:

  • Degree educated in relevant field.
  • Ideally chartered on working towards.
  • 5-10 years UK ground investigation consultancy experience.
  • Writing and reviewing technical reports for both a geotechnical and geo-environmental basis.
  • The ability to deliver a consistently high standard of managing all practical, technical and financial aspects of projects.
  • Prepare and oversee fee bids and proposals.
