Recruit Right Wigan Branch are looking for a Machine Operator for our client based in Hindley Green, Wigan (WN2 postcode area).

Duties:

You will be working within a Manufacturing site operating machinery.

Our client is a non-food manufacturing site.

Please note one of the machines are high tech and operated by a computer system and one of the machines will also require manual work to operate.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm and then rotating to 2pm to 10pm, weekly.

Please note it is compulsory to be able to work both shifts.

Pay Rate:

£11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks.

Once you are permanent with our client, the pay will increase to between £27,000 and £35,000 per year.

One one line operates with a bonus if the team targets are hit and this can be an additional £250 extra per month.

Start Date:

As soon as possible.

Duration of the Role:

12 weeks temp to perm.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Must have some manufacturing experience, ideally operating machinery.
  • Must be able to travel to Hindley Green for 6am start time and 10pm finish time.
  • Must be able to start as soon as possible.
