MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08.30 - 16.30

£24,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join our client's team in the Resin Production Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment, where you will play a key role in our manufacturing process as well as being a permanent placement.

Day to Day Duties

• Manual Handling: Safely and efficiently manage heavy cans of resin and other materials while working on the production line• Production Line Operations: Assist in the operation and maintenance of the production line, ensuring smooth and efficient processes• Work Instructions: Read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and consistency in production• Quantities and Additives: Accurately calculate and add specified quantities of additives to the resin mix, ensuring the correct blend as per production requirements• Quality Control: Monitor and inspect the products during the production process, ensuring they meet quality standards• Health and Safety: Always adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

Essential Skills

• Manual Handling Ability: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy cans and materials• Attention to Detail: Ability to read and understand complex work instructions and ensure accuracy in all tasks• Mathematical Skills: Capable of calculating quantities of additives and other materials with precision• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate on achieving production goals

Desirable Experience

• Previous Experience: Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential• Would be available to start as soon as possible
