Job Title: Production Operative (Marking & Cutting)
Location: Precast Factory
Pay: £14 per hour (Temp to Perm)
Hours: 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Production Operative to join our team at a busy precast factory. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for marking out and cutting both wood and steel to support the next day's production. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to secure long-term employment with the potential to go permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marking out and cutting materials such as wood and steel according to production plans
- Preparing and organising materials for the following day's production
- Ensuring all work is completed to high quality and safety standards
- Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth production flow
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or precast environment
- Good understanding of using hand tools, saws, and cutting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in an industrial setting
Benefits:

- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (2:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
