Required Skills and Experience:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or equivalent
Senior finance role (e.g., Finance Manager, Group Financial Controller).
Financial services industry knowledge.
Leadership and team management skills.
Financial planning, budgeting, and analysis expertise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
