Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the pipeline of initiatives, ensuring alignment with Calisen’s strategic objectives and priorities.
  • Support operational portfolio planning, optimizing resource allocation against cost constraints.
  • Assist in defining project scopes and delivery, providing clear planning outlooks, including milestones and dependencies.
  • Provide insights on initiative progress, consolidating information to meet business objectives.
  • Define and implement governance standards, ensuring adherence at an initiative level.
  • Understand and deliver change analysis, identifying trends and suggesting improvements to leadership.
  • Prepare impactful reports and presentations that drive business decisions and operational improvements.
  • Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Portfolio, Programme, or Project Management qualification (e.g., MOP, APMP, MSP, Prince2).
  • Proven experience leading or delivering change in dynamic environments.
  • Expertise in leading a PMO, with a strong understanding of governance and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, using tools like MS Office and Power BI to generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and providing effective challenge.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of business finance and an appreciation for resource and cost optimization.
