Role for Finishing Manager
There is an exciting new opportunity for a Finishing Manager to join a leading main contractor in Lancashire to manage the finishes on a variety of construction projects. This will be a roaming role and will involve you going into projects 16 weeks before the end of a contract. You will be overseeing the finishes on a range of projects from high-end apartments to schools to commercial offices and leisure facilities both new build and refurbishment and can be in live environments.
The company are an award winning multi-disciplinary contractor and developer that are well respected in the industry and have a high number of repeat clients and an extensive forward order book of pipeline projects.
Experience required for Finishing Manager
- Background as a Finishing foreperson or Finishing Manager. Ideally across a variety of construction projects both new build or refurbishments / upgrades.
- Ideally Joinery trade background or finishing trade / HNC / HND Building with relevant industry tickets and certificates.
- Track record of the delivery of high standards of quality and high level of detail finishes
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate at all levels with site teams and clients.
Salary & Package on offer:
- Base 45,000 - 55,000 base
- Car allowance & mileage
- Excellent employer pension contribution
