This role will be predominantly an office based role, with the potential to work 1 day a week from home.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ECO Validation Coordinator to join our Housing and Public Sector team. In this new role, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and overseeing the validation and planning process for ECO4 projects. Your efforts will ensure compliance with all relevant grant scheme guidelines, including those of Ofgem and PAS2035, and will play a key role in the successful execution of our ECO4 initiatives.

As an ECO Validation Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, external partners, and funding agents. This role involves data management, communication, and monitoring of project progress to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism throughout the ECO validation process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validation Process Management: Set up and manage the comprehensive validation and planning process for ECO4 projects.
  • Compliance Oversight: Implement and maintain validation procedures that align with grant scheme guidelines and Ofgem requirements.
  • Project Review: Conduct detailed reviews of project submissions to verify accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, external partners, and customers to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise data records and handle all communications effectively.
  • Project Monitoring: Track project progress, proactively addressing potential issues and updating stakeholders on timelines and adjustments.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on project statuses, validation outcomes, and planning developments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in ECO project validation and grant management (essential).
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of ECO4 regulations, compliance standards, and PAS2035 guidelines; experience with retrofit software management (essential).
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and digital tools; exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Abilities: Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
