Job Title: Lead Flexographic Printer

Aspion are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Manufacturing company based in the Lancashire area. Duties
- Set up and operate print machinery to optimum levels
- Deliver all sign off work in line with production orders
- Ensure compliance with BRC, ISO 7 A2 permit
- Carry out all print inspections and troubleshoot issues with the printing and quality.
- Correct all deficiencies and identify any problems whilst liaising with the shift Manager.
- Complete all paperwork and electronic data in a timely manner
- Complete shift handovers ensuring the press is in an appropriate operational condition and the next shift briefed on where production is up to.
- Plan jobs for the next jobs for other colleagues who take over the shift.
Skills/Qualifications
- Fully trained Flexographic Printer – relevant Print NVQ Level 2 or 3 an advantage.
- Experiance of Fischer Krecke 16S or Bobst 20Six CI print machines and advantage
- Experience in solvent based inks and wide web presses.
