Pub Operator Whitesmiths, Wigan.
We are searching for an Operator to partner with in one of our recently refurbished pubs. Featuring a traditional bar, commercial kitchen, dining area, modern beer garden and outside bar everything is in place for the right person to succeed.
Valiant will cover operating costs including all stock, utilities, business rates and marketing spend. You will be responsible for all staff wages and associated benefits and taxes, as a self-employed operator.
Together, we will agree an operating plan with you and provide you with the tools to succeed, including a competitive range of drinks and food, marketing and regular support from our Business Development Manager and Head Office teams. We are looking for someone with energy, drive and an entrepreneurial mindset to maximise the potential of the premises, which has been refurbished to a very high standard throughout.
As an additional incentive we will also pay you a guaranteed monthly bonus of £3000 during the first 12 months for achieving the agreed operational plan.
The pub is a live-in opportunity with its own 3 bedroom flat.
