Salary: £24,000 plus bonus potential

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator / Sales Administrator to join a growing brand and manufacturer, catering to UK and export markets, known for their creativity and quality of service.

What You'll Do:As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all sales-related documents are accurate and up-to-date.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and other departments to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with sales-related documentation and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
  • Handle communication with customers via phone, email, or in person as required.

What You'll Bring:
