Hours: Mon – Friday, 9am – 5pm (Full Time, Permanent.)

Are you an experienced Planner or Scheduler with ERP experience and operational knowledge?

Do you have either drainage, FM or building services experience managing engineers?

Attega Group is currently working with a medium-sized company who are a leading company in the Drainage and Pump Industry, in their search for a Scheduler in their pre-planned maintenance area.

The role is allocating the correct engineering resource to each pre-planned maintenance job task, to address any amendments that may be required, to track confirm jobs ahead of the week in-which they are due, and to follow-up with the engineers for pre-planned maintenance job completion ensuring all records are collated.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 P/A and various company benefits.

Duties for this role will include:

• Daily communication with engineers.
• Allocation of engineers to the correct job and obtaining feedback at every opportunity.
• Provide the Operations Manager with weekly & monthly updates on KPI’s.
• Engaging with various stakeholders internally across the Group and externally with clients.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be experienced within a Scheduling role or similar background.
• Experience in the drainage (highly advantageous) or hard services industry. Ideally with a knowledge of the pump and water industry.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

It would also be ideal for this candidate to have a full UK driving license.
