Scheduling Coordinator - Permanent - Wigan - upto £24,000 per annum (DOE)

Forrest Recruitment are working with a fast-growing company who are a specialist in their field. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join their team of 5 in their open plan office.

Duties will include:

  • Developing, maintaining and adjusting scheduled project across multiple teams, adhering to project timelines
  • Working closely with teams to align resources, equipment and personnel for upcoming projects
  • Identifying and resolving issues and delays
  • Ensuring scheduled projects comply with local regulations, permits and utility requirements
  • Coordinating inspections and approvals if necessary
  • Reviewing and analysing the scheduling process to improve efficiency
  • Generating and presenting regular reports on efficiency and project timelines

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am-4:00pm

The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background, be able to prioritise their workload and have a good eye for detail.
