SENIOR SCHEDULER 

WIGAN

UP TO £29,000 DOE 

PERMANENT – FULL TIME (FULLY OFFICE BASED) 

MONDAY - THURSDAY 8AM - 5PM, FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM 

Due to growth and expansion within the Service department, my client is looking to recruit a confident, professional and hardworking candidate to join their team as a Senior Scheduler / Service Delivery Coordinator 

Main responsibilities;

• Managing high profile client accounts, working to agreed SLAs and timescales - prioritising jobs in line with urgency 
• Overseeing an assigning a team of 10 engineers to allocate planned and reactive maintenance works across England and Wales 
• Diary management and route planning of engineers
• Liaising with customers, engineers and subcontracters over the telephone in regards to new jobs and updating onto CRM database
• Liaising with various suppliers to order equipment, hire, book accomodation stays etc. 
• Raising and processing purchase orders 
• Following up lead times with suppliers to ensure equipment is obtained ahead of project start dates 
• Approving timesheets of engineers before sending to finance dept 
• Invoicing works accurately 
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers via telephone and email
