Job Title: Skilled Operative - Precast Factory

Location: Skelmersdale

Pay: £14 per hour (PAYE)

Type: Temp to Perm

Hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (10-hour shifts)

We are seeking a Skilled Operative to join our client's dynamic team in a busy precast factory. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for long-term career progression, with a temp-to-perm pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with precast concrete.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Use a tape measure with precision.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Experience in a trade such as joinery, carpentry, or similar
• Comfortable reading and working from mechanical drawings
• Proficiency in using a tape measure
• Precast experience is a plus but not essential
