Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and renewing all company certification including the renewals at the relevant intervals, making sure that the company is always covered by the appropriate and relevant certification to carry out its business.
  • To arrange and manage the audit process to enable renewal of all certifications for the overriding company, including but not limited to, ISO, MCS, CHAS, Constructionline.
  • Assisting with the companies compliance to maintain its relevant certification.
  • To create and oversee the management filing system in line with current legislation and quality management systems that fall under our ISO accreditations
  • To manage and update all company policies in line
  • Keeping management and employees fully up to date with the requirements and any relevant changes to the processes, procedures and certification.
  • Assisting with reviewing and understanding tender quality responses and PQQ's as they are received in the office.
  • Oversee, update and manage standard quality and support information to assist with the preparation of tenders and submissions
  • To work in close liaison with estimators, Providing a standard support document to accompany and market the business.
  • To liaise with Clients and their teams when necessary.
  • To co-ordinate responses with other authors, both internal and external.
  • Responsible for updating and improving company technical and reference databases.
  • To assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of the company policies and procedures
  • To carry out general System administration duties.

About you:

  • Recently Graduated with an Environmental related Degree
  • Competent IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen.
  • Practical approach, logical thought process and a methodical way of working.
  • Strong analytical skills.
