Job Summary

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the reduction and prevention of work-related illness and injury. You will provide expert advice and recommendations, conduct health assessments, and contribute to the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the site.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of occupational health principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.

Qualification/Education
  • NMC Level One registration.
  • Relevant OH Diploma or Degree.
  • SCPHN (preferable).
Experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (advantageous).
  • Proven ability to advise and influence senior management.
  • Experience in developing and implementing health and safety policies.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
