Teaching Assistant - Secondary

Prospero Teaching is looking for a Teaching Assistant at a Secondary school in the Wigan area. The role will involve both 1:1 and Small Group work.

• * Location - Wigan
  * Position - Teaching Assistant in Secondary
  * Contract or position start date - January 2025
  * Contract type - Long-Term
  * Full time/part time - Full-time
  * Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate 90 - 120 per day
  * Hours - 8:30am - 3.30pm
  
  

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

• * Previous TA experience required
  * GCSE English and Maths grade 'C'
  * Must be passionate about supporting children at a secondary level
  
  

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
